Please open and check your order as soon as you receive it and inform us of any problems immediately. It is your right and responsibility to check that your delivered products have arrived in satisfactory condition, before accepting the delivery. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your subscription box and its contents please contact us on +91 7400164570 or firstname.lastname@example.org; and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
In case we are convinced with your complaint we will provide you with a refund for your product which will reflect in your account within one month from the date of intimation sent from us.
Also in case you want to cancel your order you can do that 5 days before the fixed date of dispatch. In such cases we will provide you with a refund of your purchase and this will be reflected in your account within one month from date of cancellation.
